Allied Caterers Ltd. has been in business for the past 34 years and has a well trained and qualified work force of 350 team members servicing five airline customers including BWIA, American Airlines and Continental Airlines. The company is well known for its delicious food and full service catering. The company operates from a modern and a fully HACCP compliant plant which meets or exceeds local and international standards.

The company is also a major provider of catering and facilities management services to the offshore oil production and drilling platforms. The offshore customer base includes BP, Repsol, Global SantaFe and Petrotrin.

The company’s Restaurants and Events division provides industrial catering to offices, factories, banks and educational institutions including The Central Bank of Trinidad and Tobago, Nestle, BHP Billiton, and The Arthur Lok Jack Graduate School of Business.

This division also plans and coordinates events such as brand launches, corporate symposia, weddings, business meetings and offers in home, fine dining, and services.
